Duplex development from the ground up
While only 6 metres wide, this parcel of land proved that good things come in small packages. It also proved that sometimes the smallest things can come with the most challenges, including limited access, multiple easements and a 10 metre slope. Nucii completed all elements of this build including land selection, architectural design, and construction. Every detail of this project was thoughtfully considered for ease of living, from the high tech appliances to the minimal maintenance gardens featuring no-mow lawns.
